Payment Policies For Camps & Clinics

Full Payment is encouraged for all enrollments via ryanglantzhockey.com

Deposits: If enrolling with a Deposit, at least $100 is required per Registration.

Balance Due: Balance Due will be automatically billed to your saved credit card (unless you notify us prior that you will be using another form of payment).

Individual Session Option (Prorates): If a Player cannot attend every session… Individual Session (Prorated) enrollments are accepted (on a Per Clinic basis)… Individual Sessions are calculated by dividing the Full Tuition Price by the number of skates to get a per session tuition

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Camps & Clinics

Non-Refundable Fee: $25 of each tuition is Non-Refundable

Credit Vouchers: However, the “Non-Refundable” $25 Fee can be applied using a Voucher toward a future Ryan Glantz Program (Limited to Programs where we take the Enrollments)… an email will be sent to you with a code to redeem your Credit Voucher (and we have the code also in

case you cannot find the email at a later date). 

Late Cancellations: We do not Refund for “Short Notice Cancellations”… However, any Cancellation within 7 days of the Program start date, will receive a Full Credit Voucher for a future Program (where we take the enrollments)

No Shows: Refunds will not be issued if we are notified of Cancellation after the Program start date (no-shows)

RGH Cancellation: Any Cancellation on our part will be refunded accordingly (in full or credited towards the future make-up date)

PRIVATE LESSON PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS @ Snow King Sports & Event Center; Jackson, WY

• Private Lessons: Privately bought ice by the participants

• 1-4 SKATERS ONLY

• ALL Private Lesson Coaching Fees: 1 Skater=$200/hour.

2 Skaters=$300/hour.

3 Skaters=$400/hour.

4 Skaters=$500/hour.

• Ice Fee [$300/hour] and Coaching Fee must be purchased by the consumer at time of scheduling

• Coaching Fee Cancellations: —> Payments are due 72 hours before the scheduled lesson. —> You will be refunded 50% of the coaching fee if you give a 72 hour notice prior to the start of the lesson. —> If you cancel after the 72 hour grace period, you will NOT BE REFUNDED.

• Ice Fee Cancellations: —>72 Hour Cancellation Policy. If the lesson is canceled inside this time frame, you MUST PAY the full ice fee.

Discount Programs

Discount Notes:

• Discounts Cannot be combined

• Limit of One Discount per player, per program

• Discounts are NOT applicable for Individual Sessions (prorates) or for Ryan Glantz Hockey Programs hosted by other Groups (i.e, Rinks, Associations, etc.)
